An absolutely chilling Paan Mousse/Nitrogen paan served by @spiceklub_mumbai .

We have seen many Indian restaurants serve paan at the end of the meal but this one is with a twist, it's a gastronomy paan.

Paan leaves stuffed with a mousse of paan ingredients which is super chilled with the help of liquid nitrogen poured right in front of your eyes. Liquid nitrogen freezes it to a temperature less than -10 degrees making it chilling cold for your mouth.
